Justify is an exclusive song, unavailable on streaming services, simply for Rosa’s loyal listeners who want to hear something new.
It features Cecilia’s sultry vocals accompanied by Spanish guitar and warm trombone and trumpet features. Cecilia was inspired to write the bilingual song by a close friend who was stuck in a toxic relationship where there was great physical intimacy but a lack of healthy emotional connection. Cecilia also features an interpreted sample of “Sad Gurlz Luv Money” towards the end as a nod to Kali Uchis’ influence on the track.
